Situated on the existing Eltaş factory site in the Izmir Aliağa Organized Industrial Zone, this project introduces a new administrative building. The site previously included manufacturing facilities and an administrative building. The new structure is strategically positioned in front of the original administrative building, designed to house contemporary functions and complement Eltaş’s vision. The design process incorporated site data and addressed the evolving dynamics of industrial architecture.
