The building is designed as a 12.000 sqm social building within the Parsan Campus. In the building, a locker area for 1800 people, a prayer room for 800 people, a gym, a dining hall for 400 people, as well as an apprentice school are planned on the last floor. The school part of the building is used as the administration building until the campus phases are completed.
